Q. Do I need to provide any equipment?
A. You will not need to supply any equipment; our professional team will bring all the necessary equipment to do the job.

Q. Do I need to cover any furniture or carpets?
A. No. Our team always removes their shoes when entering your home.

Q. Do I need to move any furniture or ornaments?
A. QWC will move any furniture that may be in any danger of getting damaged.

Q. What happens if it’s raining?
A. We can clean your windows in wet weather, although if ladder work were required it can be dangerous for us and we would need to return to complete the job.

Q. How and when do I pay for the job?
A. An invoice will be sent after the completion of the job and a return address envelope is included. We currently accept cash, cheque, credit card and EFT transfers.

Q. I don't have a water tank. Will you need to use my town water supply?
A. No. We use our own water supply to clean your windows.

Q. I have security screens on some windows that can not be removed. Can you clean these.?
A. We have a method of cleaning that removes almost all of the dirt build up on these windows. They will not have the same finish as your other windows, but will be a lot cleaner.

Q. We have a cracked window. Will you still clean it?
A. It is our policy not to clean glass that is already broken.

Q. What if something is damaged in my home?
A. Queensland window cleaning has full public liability and any items damaged will be replaced.
